Herizo Harimalala Tsiverisoa (Ms) is a Lapidary instructor, graduated in Master of Development Studies from the University of Melbourne. Her academic background is a geology degree from the University of Antananarivo Madagascar and a Graduate Certificate in Art on Development studies from the University of Melbourne.

She was a lecturer and the head of the lapidary and jewellery department of the Institut de Gemmologie de Madagascar from 2004 to 2016. She is a private consultant in development project with a focus on the small scale mining across Africa. She also participated in various projects aiming to support, develop the mining sector in her home country and the African continent.
